  • Mariana’s Biography

    Mariana Lozano is an associate attorney at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, representing private and public companies in complex transactions and corporate governance matters. She focuses her practice primarily on the areas of real estate law, banking and financial services, business and corporate law, business entities, government and public affairs, and construction law.

    Mariana earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Corporate Communications Studies from The University of Texas at Austin in 2020. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in 2023. During her time in law school, Mariana was highly engaged in the legal community, serving as Vice President of Community Building for the American Constitution Society, a Staff Editor for the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy, and a Student Attorney in the Transnational Workers Rights Clinic.

    Prior to joining Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, Mariana practiced as an associate attorney at a large international law firm in Houston, Texas, where she drafted and negotiated complex commercial agreements and assisted clients with high-value acquisitions and internal restructurings. In her free time, she enjoys line dancing, reading romance novels, collecting pins, and baking a wide variety of cheesecakes.
