Jay A. Salinas .

Jay A. Salinas is an associate attorney at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, LLP, joining the firm in August 2025.

Jay is dedicated to representing and working closely with clients in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Financial Institution Litigation, Construction Law, Oil & Gas Litigation, and Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Litigation.

Jay is a Rio Grande Valley native, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2022 and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2025. While at Baylor, Jay was competitively selected to participate in the nationally recognized Advocacy Program.

Through his educational and professional endeavors, Jay has gained valuable legal and public service experience, aiming to serve others on a local level with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas (McAllen Division), a national level with the Office of U.S. Congressman Filemon Vela (TX-34), and a global level with the Undikumbukire Project in Zambia.
