Yuri Cejas joined Atlas & Hall, L.L.P. in November 2007 as an associate in the litigation section working on various matters ranging from insurance defense to personal injury, civil litigation as well as commercial litigation.
A native of Texas, Yuri was born in San Antonio and lived there until moving to Miami, Florida in 1989. He then attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where he first got the opportunity to work in the legal field as an intern for Howard & Associates, who were appointed by then Governor, Lawton Chiles, as special counsel for the State of Florida on the landmark tobacco litigation. After graduating Florida State with a degree in Finance, Yuri moved back to Texas to be closer to his family and attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where he received his J.D. in 2004.
