NiCONDRA "NIKKI" CHARGOIS-ALLEN has practiced law at Atlas & Hail, LLP., since 2006. She is a general litigator.

Nikki graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 with a Bachelor's of Science. She earned her law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2001.

Nikki is a member of the State Bar of Texas Association, the Hidalgo County Bar Association, and the Jefferson County Bar Association. She is involved in several community organizations and volunteers with the Region One High School Mock Trial competition. She was born in Liberty, Texas. She and her husband, John, have two children.
