MIKE MILLS joined Atlas & Hall in 1976 and has been a partner since 1982. He represents corporations, insurance companies and individuals in civil litigation involving a variety of legal allegations, such as personal injury, toxic tort, deceptive trade practices, product liability, negligence, strict liability, and malpractice.
He graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin in 1973 and that year was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of Texas in 1976, and the same year was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi honorary legal fraternity.

Mike has been named a Texas Super Lawyer for the years 2005-2011, Law & Politics/Texas Monthly.
Mike was born and raised in South Texas and is married to Kathy Kirkpatrick Mills. They have three sons, Greg, Luke, and Nate. Mike is an ardent scuba-diver, amateur astronomer, and follower of college and professional sports.
