MARIAN SUE HEINA is a member of Atlas & Hall’s transactional section. Marian’s areas of practice include banking, real estate and business organizations.

A native of McAllen, Marian joined Atlas & Hall in November 2007 after serving as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Hidalgo County, where she successfully prosecuted to verdict a variety of civil and criminal cases. 
 
Marian received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Texas-Pan American, and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, Marian interned for the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals and clerked for a prominent law firm in Houston.
