JOSHUA CUMMINGS is a member of Atlas & Hall's transactional section. Joshua's areas of practice include banking, estate planning, probate, real estate and business organizations.

A native of Texas, Joshua received his B.A. and his J.D. from Baylor University. While in law school, Joshua interned for a prominent law firm in Houston. Following graduation, Joshua began his practice of law in McAllen before later joining Atlas & Hall in December 2007.
