JOSEPH M. HABBOUCHE joined Atlas & Hall, L.L.P. in 2007 as an associate in the transactional section and concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions, and banking and corporate matters, including entity formation and business and asset acquisitions.
Joe graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan in 2001 with a B.A. in political science where he was a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota National Honor Society. While an undergraduate, Joe completed an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office, Misdemeanor Trials Section, in Washington, D.C. In 2002, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Toledo with a M.A. in philosophy. Joe was a member of the Faculty Senate, Academic Programs Committee and a member of the Graduate Student Assembly while in graduate school. Joe received his law degree cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2005. Joe spent the past two years working as an attorney at a large law firm in Toledo, Ohio.
