GREG KAZEN's practice focuses on commercial lending, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, entity formation, local government law, probate and family law.

He was admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1998, and admitted as an attorney of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 1999. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Hidalgo County Bar Association (Real Estate Law Section and Family Law Section).

He received his B.A. from Trinity University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998. Greg served as a research assistant for the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C., and as a legislative aide to Senator Judith Zaffirini. Greg was named a Texas Rising Star for 2007 by Law & Politics/Texas Monthly Magazines.
