Charlie Downing works as an associate in Atlas & Hall's litigation section.

Charlie grew up in Uvalde, Texas, and received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.  While in law school, Charlie clerked for the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio, Texas and for the Honorable Senator Jeff Wentworth during the 81st Legislative Session. He also served as Chief Notes Editor for Volume 28 of The Review of Litigation.  He joined the firm in 2009 after graduating from law school.
